Pezel Puzzles currently offers the following shipping destinations:

• Australia
• New Zealand

Please note that estimated shipping times are are not inclusive of order processing times (2-3 days on average).

For Domestic Orders (USA) we offer the following shipping options:

• UPS - XYZ
• USPS-  YZ

For International Orders we offer the following shipping options:

• UPS - XYZ
• FEDEX - XYZ

Please note that Pezel Puzzles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

RETURNS

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that the item must be unopened and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
